Dick will work with the contractor Todd on next steps. Todd’s bid was low last
year, and work was satisfactory, therefore we will not bid the work.

    Lighting (Jeff Scott)
    - Reviewed 2009 activities. One lamp burned out, was replaced along with
ballast under warranty and labor cost.  Carrie questioned about possibilities
of energy savings as we look at replacing ground lights.

    Sprinklers (Paul reviewed)
    - Discussed 2009 activities. 2010 activities will be limited to repair work only.

    New Items
    - Election of officers: Need to replace Bob Faust as president. Discussion
followed. Todd volunteered to replace Dave Lynch as secretary. Todd was
elected. Carrie volunteered to help George on the architectural committee.
Dick and Paul will co-chair the presidency in the interim.  Dick and Paul
      will sign checks.
    - George Howell brought up the issue of lack of sidewalks near Barrington Place.
Suggested stop signs at Sunriver and Riverglen to slow traffic, as pedestrians
need to cross over to the sidewalk on the east side of River Glen. Dick suggested
bringing up again with the city, as this has been reviewed with the city in the past.
Another possibility is crosswalks or sidewalks. Paul suggested meeting with the
city planner. George will make the initial contact and review the situation with
      the city.
    - Paul reviewed the 2010 action item list.

    Meeting adjourned at 8:05PM.
